Initial Consultation

An initial consultation will enable you to gain a sense of how I work and determine whether I am the 'right fit' for you.

I will also be able to get a good idea about what is happening for you and if I am the right person to help you.
Face-to-face Session
£120 / 60 minutes

If you decide you would like to work together following your initial consultation you will be asked to commit to regular sessions. Please see Client Agreement on the Arrangements page.
Online Session
£110 / 60 minutes

If you are unable to access a face-to-face session for any reason then there is the option of meeting via secure video call.
Clinical Supervision
£120 / 60 minutes
A reflective and thoughtful space for practitioners to think about their clinical work, ethical questions, and professional position. My approach is collaborative, psychologically grounded, and attentive to both the work and the person doing it. Supervision is offered to qualified clinicians and trainees working with complexity, uncertainty, and emotional load.
Consultation / Thinking Space
£200 / 90 minutes
A single, extended conversation for people seeking clarity rather than ongoing therapy. This is a contained thinking space to reflect on a specific question, decision, or period of uncertainty, drawing on my background in clinical psychology without becoming psychotherapy. The focus is on sense-making, perspective, and careful attention, with no expectation of continuation.
